meh.  Boy did she work me a little hard.

Crunches on ball with 4 pound ball.

chest press,

lunges blech.

step ups with a weighted bar…wonders if she should tell trianer she uses weighted ball already for the step ups.

hamstrings triceps biceps

lat pull down,

captains chair pain pain pain.

pickpockets.

toe taps, sounds so simple but is really sinister.

lofat runnign.

swimming.
