lunges 2 serts with 8 and 6 pd ball.
2 sets of ball crunches with 8 pd ball. ow.
mountain climbers not so great, but I did them.
squats with little 4 pd weights.
4 pd running arms…
capitains chair. it was good.
lat pull down
pick pockets with 8 pd ball, 50 and 40…8 pds is a lot.
10 min on rower, one mile
one mile on ellipitical
26 min swimming,
and the 4 mile run.
Why do i seem to think that isnt enough.
Ate a lot.
