Just a note:

Finally, I have conquered the hill that has been plagueing me since I came to Florida!  Admittedly, it caused my legs to just about give up, and the run to be 2 minutes slower than normal pace, but i ran up the entire thing.

  1. Wowee! That is fantastic – I'll bet you felt on top of the world – albeit on shaky legs!!!
    I hope you feel really good about that, and remember that feeling for next time you feel like you've had a crappy workout.

  2. YAY! Way to go! My big accomplishment yesterday was getting on the treadmill for a whole 15 minutes before my phone rang and I had to go take acre of work stuff. Ha!
